Training

Training

Your brand is only as good as your worst-trained store.

One curriculum, one standard, every site — delivered to any phone, without pulling a single person off the floor.

Head office writes the standard. Thirty stores interpret it.

You document how it should be done. Then a franchisee hands the manual to a supervisor, who trains a new starter the way he was trained by someone who left last year, and within eighteen months you have thirty versions of your brand.

The formal alternative doesn’t fit either. Classroom courses pull staff off the floor, cost more than the margin allows, and teach theory that evaporates by the next service. Turnover being what it is in hospitality and retail, you pay again six months later.

You find out at the audit, or in a review, or when a customer who loved store four walks out of store eleven and doesn’t come back.

What we deliver

Hospitrain online platform

Our own hospitality training platform — practical modules in plain language, completed on a phone between shifts, with head-office visibility of who has finished what.

Customised programmes

Training built around your operation, your menu and your service standards — drawn from your operations manual so the two never contradict each other.

Franchisee induction

A structured programme for new franchisees covering operations, financials, people management and brand standards before their doors open.

Staff training

Front of house, kitchen, service, hygiene and health and safety — the day-to-day competencies that determine whether a customer returns.

Management development

Financial management, inventory control, leadership and people skills for the person actually running the site day to day.

Certification & records

Every learner who passes at 70% receives a Certificate of Attendance in their own name, and the record stays verifiable — useful at audit and in a dispute.

How rollout works

STEP 1

We map the roles

Front of house, kitchen, supervisor, manager, franchisee. Each gets its own pathway so nobody sits through training that isn’t theirs.

STEP 2

Pilot one store

Start with a single site. See completion rates and feedback from real staff before committing the network to anything.

STEP 3

Roll out and track

Open it to the network with reporting from day one — who has enrolled, who has completed, who is falling behind, by store and by role.

STEP 4

Keep it current

New starters enrol the same day. New menu, new procedure, new store opening — the training updates with the business rather than lagging a year behind.

Written from the floor, not from a textbook.

The content didn’t come out of a training manual publisher. It was distilled from material developed across more than ninety franchise brands — the operations manuals, the induction programmes, the corrections made after things went wrong on real floors.

Which is why the modules answer questions people actually ask during a shift, in language a nineteen-year-old waiter will read on a phone. No academic register, no theory that dissolves on contact with a full section on a Friday night.

Courses are aligned to international hospitality standards and practices. Learners pass each module at 70% and earn a Certificate of Attendance in their own name — the same standard for every team member, in every store, in every country.

What goes with it
